The Human Duplicators is a 1965 American science fiction film directed by Hugo Grimaldi. The film centers around an alien who is sent to Earth with a nefarious plan to duplicate humans and create a race of zombie-like beings. The alien uses a machine to create perfect duplicates of humans, but the duplicates are made out of a material resembling animated pottery.

The film opens with the alien spacecraft resembling a bauble dancing in space before arriving on Earth. The alien takes on a human appearance and quickly begins his mission. He uses his machine to create duplicates of humans, replacing them one by one with the animated pottery-like beings. The duplicates are loyal to the alien and do his bidding.

When the duplicates are discovered, the humans try to fight back, but their efforts are no match for the alien's powers. However, the alien's plan is complicated when he falls in love with a beautiful blind woman who sees beyond his physical appearance. The woman's goodness and empathy begin to change the alien's motives and he is torn between his loyalty to his own kind and his newfound emotional connection to the woman.

As the film progresses, the conflict between the humans and their duplicates escalates, leading to a final confrontation between the two sides. In the end, the alien's hardened heart is softened by the beauty of humanity, and he decides to help the humans fight against his own kind.

Despite its low budget, The Human Duplicators has become a cult classic in the science fiction genre. The film is notable for its themes of empathy and the conflict between loyalty and emotional connection. While the special effects may be dated, the film's emotional core still resonates with audiences today.
