The House of Flowers: The Movie is a spin-off of the beloved Mexican dramedy series, The House of Flowers. The film follows the De La Mora siblings – Paulina, Elena, and Julián – as they devise a plan to break into their old family home, which is now owned by their aunt Ernestina, who has been living there with her son, Claudio.
The De La Moras have discovered that their late mother, Virginia, had hidden a valuable treasure somewhere in the house, but they need to act fast as Ernestina has put the property up for sale. In order to retrieve the treasure, they will have to work together and use their unique talents to overcome the obstacles that lie ahead.
However, their mission takes an unexpected turn when they discover that a group of young thieves has also broken into the house with the same intention as them. The siblings must now compete with the thieves while also confronting their own personal issues and coming to terms with their family's complicated dynamics.
The movie, which serves as the finale of the series, is a hilarious and heartwarming adventure that combines elements of comedy, drama, and mystery. It features the original cast members of the series, including Cecilia Suárez, Aislinn Derbez, and Darío Yazbek Bernal, along with new additions such as Mariana Treviño and Isabel Burr.
