In The House Next Door: Meet the Blacks 2, Carl Black (played by comedian and actor Mike Epps) moves back to his old neighborhood in Chicago along with his wife Lorena (Zulay Henao) and their son, Carl Jr. (Alex Henderson). While Carl hopes to reconnect with his roots and start fresh, he quickly discovers that the area has changed significantly. More importantly, his new neighbor, Dr. Mamuwalde (Katt Williams), turns out to be a notorious pimp and rumored vampire.
As Carl and his family settle into their new home, they are subjected to Dr. Mamuwalde's loud parties and disrespectful behavior. However, things take a sinister turn when Carl and his eccentric neighbors (including Danny Trejo and Rick Ross) suspect that the doctor is a bloodthirsty creature of the night. They soon realize that they must band together to protect their families and their community from the threat of this unlikely vampire.
