The Hills Have Eyes Part 2 is a horror film that was released in 1984. It is the sequel to the 1977 film, The Hills Have Eyes.

The film follows a group of motocross racers who are on their way to a race in Nevada. After they stop to refuel in a small town, they are convinced by the locals to take a shortcut through the desert. The shortcut leads them to an old mining ranch where they decide to spend the night.

Unbeknownst to them, the ranch is home to a group of cannibals who have been living there for years. The cannibals start picking off the motocross racers one by one, using traps and ambushes to catch them off guard.

The film is filled with flashbacks to the original film, which show the origin story of the cannibal family. One of the most memorable flashbacks is of the family's dog, Beauty, who is shown being wounded in the first film and then recovering and becoming a fierce protector of the family in the second.

The Hills Have Eyes Part 2 received mixed reviews upon its release, with many critics noting its lack of originality and quality compared to the first film. However, it has since gained a cult following among horror fans for its intense gore and iconic villains.
