The former soldier is named John, and his brother was also a soldier who died during a mission to take down an infamous terrorist known as The Ghost. John feels guilty for not being there to protect his brother, and is determined to avenge his death.
John teams up with two other individuals – a hacker named Tessa and a former soldier turned mercenary named Chas – to track down The Ghost. They discover that The Ghost is actually a woman named Sofia, who has been working as a spy for the Russian government.
As John and his team try to track down Sofia, they are pursued by a group of Russian operatives who are also trying to capture her. John and his team engage in several intense action scenes, including a shootout at a safe house and a high-speed car chase through the streets of Bucharest.
Eventually, John and his team are able to capture Sofia and bring her to justice. Along the way, John finally comes to terms with the guilt he has been feeling over his brother's death, and is able to move on with his life.
