The movie depicts the story of two prisoners, Craig (Craig Sheffer) and Ray (Josh Charles), who are suddenly freed by their jailer, West (Donal Logue). West offers them a deal, he helps Craig and Ray escape from jail, and they help him find a treasure that's believed to be buried in a graveyard with a dead millionaire.

Craig and Ray are hesitant at first but agree since they don't have any other options. They soon discover that West has a personal vendetta against the family of the dead millionaire and is using Craig and Ray to get revenge. The trio begins their journey, but soon enough, they realize that they are not the only ones searching for the treasure.

The movie features a series of twists and turns as Craig and Ray encounter many obstacles on their way to find the treasure. They are continuously pursued by the police and dangerous people who are also looking for the same treasure.
