The movie begins with a train robbery carried out by the Weird, a charismatic thief who is after a map that leads to a hidden treasure. However, he is interrupted by the Bad, a ruthless hitman who is also after the same map.
Meanwhile, the Good, a bounty hunter, is also pursuing the same map and is hot on the trail of the Bad. The three men cross paths and find themselves caught up in a dangerous game of cat and mouse with the Japanese army and various bandits who are also after the treasure.
As they travel through the vast and lawless landscape of Manchuria, the three men must learn to work together despite their very different personalities and motives. They face numerous challenges along the way, including shootouts, ambushes, and high-speed chases.
Despite their differences, the three men eventually forge a bond as they fight to survive and claim the treasure for themselves. However, their journey is not without its casualties, and the trio is forced to confront their own personal demons as they race towards the final showdown.
