The Godfather: Part III is the final installment in The Godfather trilogy and follows Michael Corleone, played by Al Pacino, as he tries to transition his family's criminal empire into legitimate business dealings. However, Michael finds himself haunted by the sins of his past as his actions have resulted in the deaths of his loved ones.

The film was directed by Francis Ford Coppola and also stars Diane Keaton, Talia Shire, and Sofia Coppola. It was released in 1990 and was nominated for seven Academy Awards, including Best Picture.
