The Girl in the Yellow Jumper is a psychological thriller that takes place in Uganda. The serial killer, known as "The Ghost," is on the loose and has recently claimed another victim. The off-duty police officer, named Joseph, is tasked with escorting an elderly witness, named Harriet, back to town so she can provide crucial testimony about one of the murders.
