The Fourth Protocol is a thriller movie based on the book of the same name by Frederick Forsyth. The movie follows MI5 agent John Preston, played by Michael Caine, as he investigates a potential breach of the Fourth Protocol - a top-secret agreement between the US and the UK which prohibits the use of nuclear weapons in a first strike.
