In The Four 3, the Divine Constabulary is in disarray after the departure of Emotionless, who has left to learn more about her family's past. The remaining constables, Coldblood, Iron Hands, and Life Snatcher, are struggling to maintain order in the land and keep the peace.
When Zhuge Zhengwo, a high-ranking official, is kidnapped by An Yunshan, the constables embark on a mission to rescue him. However, they soon discover that An Yunshan has absorbed the powers of those he defeated, making him almost invincible in combat.
With the help of the Emperor and Di armies, the constables must band together to defeat An Yunshan and save Zhuge Zhengwo. However, their previous tactics and abilities prove useless against An Yunshan's overwhelming power.
