The third storyline is set in a futuristic world where a bald, tattooed man named Tom (who is likely a future incarnation of the same character from the other two storylines) travels through space in a biosphere containing a Tree of Life. Accompanied only by a lotus bloom, Tom meditates and performs yoga as he contemplates the nature of existence, love, and the mysteries of the universe.
