In The Dukes of Hazzard: Reunion!, Mama Josephine Max is a wealthy businesswoman who wants to build a theme park on the Duke family farm. Bo and Luke, along with their cousin Daisy and Uncle Jesse, decide they must do everything in their power to stop her from taking over their land.
However, Mama Max is not easily deterred and she puts up a big money prize for a cross-country moonshine race, with the winner taking all. Bo and Luke, being expert moonshiners themselves, enter the race in the hopes of winning the prize money and saving their land.
As they race across the country, they encounter various obstacles and enemies who are also vying for the prize money. Along the way, they team up with old friends and meet new ones, including a group of female mechanics who help them modify their car to give them an edge in the race.
In the end, Bo and Luke prove victorious, using their moonshining skills and quick thinking to beat out Mama Max's team and secure the prize money. With their land safe and Mama Max defeated, the Dukes celebrate their win with a big party, featuring plenty of moonshine to go around.
