Horror,Thriller,Mystery  United States of America

The Dorm That Dripped Blood, also known as Pranks in some countries, is a horror movie released in 1982. The film was directed by Stephen Carpenter and Jeffrey Obrow and starred Laura Lapinski, Stephen Sachs, and David Snow. It follows a group of college students who decide to clean up an abandoned dormitory before it is demolished. However, as they begin their work, they are stalked by a crazed killer who seems to be taking revenge on them one by one.

The movie was shot primarily in a real-life abandoned college dormitory in the Long Beach area. The filmmakers were able to use the location for free, but in exchange, they had to clean it up themselves before shooting. In fact, one of the scenes in the movie shows the characters doing exactly that.

As for the plot, the film starts with a flashback to a murder that took place in the same dormitory a year earlier. We then meet our main characters, including a nerdy student named Joanne, a jock named Craig, a sensitive artist named Brian, and a couple of others. They all plan to spend their vacation cleaning up the dormitory, unaware of the danger that awaits them.

Soon after they arrive, they start to experience strange occurrences, such as disappearing tools and mysterious phone calls. One by one, the characters begin to be killed off in creative and gory ways. As the body count rises, the remaining characters must band together to try and survive the night and uncover the identity of the killer.

The Dorm That Dripped Blood is known for its effective use of suspense and gore, as well as its twist ending. While it wasn't a big hit at the box office, the film has since gained a cult following among horror fans.
