Fantasy,Horror,Thriller,War  New Zealand

The Devil's Rock is a horror-thriller movie directed by Paul Campion, which was released in 2011. The story is set in the Channel Islands during World War II, just before the D-Day invasion. The movie starts with two New Zealand commandos, Private Ben (Craig Hall) and Sergeant Joe (Matthew Sunderland), who infiltrate the German-occupied island of Jersey.

Their mission is to disable a Nazi gun emplacement to create a diversion for the Allied forces invading Normandy. However, as they approach the gun emplacement, they stumble upon a dark secret that threatens to change the course of the war. They find a room that is filled with Nazi symbols and occult paraphernalia, and they discover a partially deformed woman named Helena (Gina Varela) chained to a wall.

Joe believes that Helena is a trap, but Ben wants to help her escape. As they try to free Helena, they realize that something supernatural is happening in the underground bunker. They discover that the Germans have been using dark magic to create a portal to the underworld, which will allow them to summon demonic forces to fight for them.

As Joe and Ben try to stop the Nazis, they realize that they are trapped in the bunker and that the demons are unleashed. They must fight for their survival, as the demons possess and kill the Nazi soldiers. The movie is a thrilling horror story that is based on real-life events and legends about Nazi occult practices during WWII. It's intense and disturbing, with plenty of jump-scares and gore, but it's also a well-made and entertaining movie with a tight storyline and a strong cast.
