After picking up the wounded girl, named Amy, Carrie learns that she and her friends had been on a trip to explore an abandoned mining town. However, they stumbled upon a strange cult that was performing a ritual sacrifice and ended up being hunted by them. As they try to evade the cult and get to safety, they find themselves trapped in a maze of underground tunnels beneath the town.
As they navigate through the tunnels, Amy and Carrie are separated from the rest of the group and must continue their escape without them. However, they soon realize that they are not alone in the dark and twisted tunnels as they encounter supernatural forces that prey on their deepest fears.
