Dr. Caine is played by Corbin Bernsen in The Dentist 2: Brace Yourself. After escaping from the mental hospital, he changes his name to Alan Feinstone and moves to the small town of Paradise, Missouri. There, he meets and falls in love with Jamie, a hygienist at his dental practice.
