The Demented follows a group of college friends who travel to a remote cabin in the woods for a weekend getaway. As they settle into their idyllic surroundings, they are suddenly attacked by a group of terrorists who release a virus that turns the local residents into blood-thirsty zombies.
The friends are forced to fight for survival as they try to find a way out of the infected town. They soon realize that they must work together if they hope to make it out alive, but tensions rise as they struggle to navigate the dangers around them.
Despite their efforts, the group becomes separated and must fight their way back to each other while avoiding the infected monsters lurking around every corner. As they slowly unravel the cause of the outbreak, they realize that they may be the only ones left to stop the terrorists and their deadly plan.
