The Death of the Incredible Hulk Movie Synopsis

Bound by Love, Hunted by Hulk

Action,Drama,Science Fiction  United States of America

The Death of the Incredible Hulk was released in 1990 as a made-for-television movie, and is the third and final installment in the live-action television series The Incredible Hulk, which ran from 1978 to 1982.

The critical experiment mentioned in the synopsis is one that Banner believes will cure him of his transformations into the Hulk. The experiment involves exposing Banner to gamma radiation in a controlled environment, but as mentioned, it is sabotaged by a spy working for an unnamed agency. The spy, Jasmin, played by actress Elizabeth Gracen, is tasked with ensuring that the experiment fails, but she begins to have second thoughts when she meets Banner.

Jasmin's superiors are never identified, but it is revealed that her sister is being held hostage by them as a means of blackmailing Jasmin into performing missions. When Jasmin and Banner meet, she initially keeps her true identity as a spy a secret from him, but as they work together to evade their pursuers, they grow closer, and eventually fall in love.

As they try to make their escape, they are relentlessly pursued by the agency's enforcers, who are determined to prevent Banner from ever being cured of his condition. In the climactic scene, Banner is shot and apparently killed while protecting Jasmin, but as he dies, he transforms into the Hulk one final time before seemingly collapsing into the middle of a busy street.

The Death of the Incredible Hulk was generally well-received by fans of the series, and was seen as a fitting conclusion to the story of David Banner and his alter ego, the Hulk. While the series has since been rebooted in various forms, the original television series remains a beloved part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
