The Christ Slayer tells the story of Longinus, a Roman soldier who is sent to Jerusalem during the period when Jesus is preaching and performing miracles. Along the way, Longinus encounters various people who have been touched by Jesus, including Mary Magdalene, who becomes a follower of Jesus.
When Jesus is arrested and sentenced to be crucified, Longinus is chosen to pierce his side with a spear to confirm his death. However, after witnessing Jesus' final moments and hearing his words of forgiveness, Longinus is deeply affected and becomes a believer in Jesus.
After Jesus' death, Longinus is haunted by his role in the crucifixion and seeks redemption by embarking on a journey to find the Holy Grail, a quest he believes will bring him closer to God. Along the way, he faces obstacles and battles evil forces, but ultimately discovers that the true Holy Grail is within himself, as he learns to forgive himself and accept God's mercy.
