The Chinese Widow is an epic war drama film directed by Bille August and stars Crystal Liu as Ying and Emilie Hirsch as Jack Turner. The movie is based on true events and follows the story of a downed American pilot, Turner, who is rescued by a Chinese widow named Ying.
