Lori is determined to prove that she is worthy of being a cheerleader and will do whatever it takes to make the team. Despite the bullying from the other girls, Lori remains persistent in her efforts and even goes as far as sabotaging some of their practices in an attempt to make herself look better.
When Ali goes missing, Lori offers to host the annual sleepover at her house. The other cheerleaders reluctantly accept her offer and arrive at her house for a night of fun and bonding. However, as the night wears on, things take a dark turn as one by one the girls start to disappear.
Lori becomes the main suspect in the disappearances as she was the last person to see each of the girls before they went missing. But as the bodies start to pile up, it becomes clear that someone else is behind the killings.
Lori begins to investigate on her own, determined to clear her name and find out who is responsible for the murders. As she digs deeper, she uncovers a dark secret that involves the other cheerleaders and their coach.
With her newfound knowledge, Lori confronts the killer in a final showdown to save herself and her friends from the Cheerleader Sleepover Slaughter.
