The Cellar is a horror movie about a family who moves from the city to a rural farmhouse. Keira Woods (played by Elisha Cuthbert) is excited about the change of scenery and a fresh start for her family. However, things take a sinister turn when her daughter, Adelaide, disappears while playing in the cellar.
Keira and her husband, Ray (played by Matthew Modine), search for Adelaide but can't find her. As time passes, they begin to notice strange occurrences in their new home. Doors open on their own, objects move without explanation, and a mysterious presence seems to be lurking in the shadows.
