The Bod Squad is a low-budget action-comedy film released in 1974. The movie follows the story of five young western girls who are kidnapped by Chinese pirates while on a vacation trip to Hong Kong. However, the girls get lucky when two local citizens, an old kung-fu master and his daughter, take pity on them and plot their escape. The master teaches the girls the art of kung-fu, and they start to develop their martial arts skills in secret.

Finally, the girls stage a daring escape by fighting their way through countless guards and obstacles, using their newfound kung-fu skills. They also receive help from a local rebellion, who aid them in their escape by providing weapons and transportation.
