The Band's Visit is a 2007 Israeli comedy-drama film directed by Eran Kolirin. The film follows the story of the Alexandria Ceremonial Police Orchestra who arrive in Israel to perform at an Arab cultural center. However, due to a mix-up with their transportation, they find themselves stranded in a small town in the middle of the Negev Desert.
The band members, led by Colonel Tawfiq Zacharya (Sasson Gabai), are forced to spend the night at a local café owned by Dina (Ronit Elkabetz). As they await their transportation, they interact with the locals and learn about their lives, their dreams, and their struggles. The interactions between the band members and the locals are a mix of misunderstandings, cultural differences, and unexpected connections.

Haled (Saleh Bakri), a ladies' man in his own right, gives love advice to a young man who is desperately in love with a young woman who does not even know he exists.
