After purchasing the infamous Amityville home, the friends begin to experience strange occurrences that they brush off as just the house settling. However, as the days go on, the occurrences become more frequent and intense. Objects move on their own, doors slam shut, and voices can be heard whispering in their ears.
A paranormal investigator is brought in to try and uncover the source of the hauntings, but it becomes clear that the malevolent spirit within the house is not going to go quietly.
