In The Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle, the titular duo are approached by FBI agent Karen Sympathy who explains that their nemesis Fearless Leader has escaped into the real world and is working with Boris and Natasha to take over the television airwaves and brainwash America with his own programming.
To stop them, Rocky and Bullwinkle must travel through various real-world locations, including Hollywood, New York City, and Washington D.C. Along the way, they meet a slew of characters, including a struggling FBI agent played by Robert De Niro, a gossip columnist played by Whoopi Goldberg, and a CIA director played by Randy Quaid.
But despite their efforts, Fearless Leader and his team of villains continue to elude them, causing chaos and destruction wherever they go. It's only when Rocky and Bullwinkle team up with their old mentor Captain Peter "Wrongway" Peachfuzz that they're able to save the day and stop Fearless Leader's evil plans once and for all.
