The Adventures of Pluto Nash is a science-fiction comedy film released in 2002, directed by Ron Underwood and starring Eddie Murphy in the lead role. Set in the year 2087, the story takes place on the moon, which has been colonized and is now a thriving city with its own unique culture and lifestyle.

Pluto Nash (Eddie Murphy) is the owner of a popular nightclub on the moon, where he entertains the wealthy and powerful elite of the lunar society. He is a confident and charismatic man, respected and admired by his patrons, employees, and friends.

However, Pluto's world is turned upside down when a powerful Lunar crime boss, Mogan (Joe Pantoliano), tries to force him to sell his nightclub. Mogan is working for an enigmatic mastermind known only as Rex Crater, who has plans to take over the moon and establish his own criminal empire.

Pluto initially refuses to sell, but when Mogan starts using violent tactics, Pluto is forced to take action. Together with his trusty robotic bodyguard, Bruno (Randy Quaid), and his love interest, Dina Lake (Rosario Dawson), Pluto sets out to uncover Rex Crater's identity and prevent him from carrying out his evil plans.

Along the way, Pluto and his friends encounter a colorful cast of characters, including a suave and debonair moon miner named Tony Francis (Jay Mohr), a computer hacker named Felix Laranga (Miguel A. Nunez Jr.), and a wise-cracking robot bartender named James (John Cleese).

The Adventures of Pluto Nash is a lighthearted and fun-filled romp through a futuristic moon city, filled with action, humor, and adventure. Despite its poor box office performance and critical reception, the film has a devoted following among fans of science-fiction and comedy.
