Alia (Jessica Mila) is a young woman who recently lost her sister and decides to live in an orphanage owned by Mrs Laksmi and Mr Fadli. She also decides to do social work in the orphanage to help the children. However, Alia soon realizes that there is something wrong with the orphanage.
Alia has an inner eye that allows her to see ghosts and spirits. She soon realizes that Nadia (Bianca Hello), one of the orphans, also has an inner eye and can hear mysterious voices asking for help from the walls of the house.
Alia and Nadia open a mysterious locked room in the orphanage, which unleashes Darmah, a vengeful spirit that was deliberately locked in the room. Darmah is now free and starts to haunt the orphanage and the people living there.
