The survivors of the original Terror Train are struggling to move on from the traumatic experience that claimed the lives of their friends. They are all reunited for a New Year's Eve celebration, but things take a dark turn when they are invited to attend a special redemption ride aboard the same train where the murders occurred.
As the train begins its journey, a strange man in a mask begins to target the passengers one by one. Panic sets in as the survivors realize that they must again fight for their lives. However, as they attempt to uncover the identity of the killer, they soon learn that nothing is as it seems and that there may be more at play than just a simple act of revenge.
As the body count rises and the passengers are pushed to their limits, tension builds to a heart-pounding climax as the survivors fight to make it off the train alive. Will they be able to outsmart the killer and escape the Terror Train once and for all, or will they become the next victims on this deadly ride?
