The maverick skydiver, played by Charlie Sheen, is hired by the former KGB agent, played by Nastassja Kinski, to help him retrieve a cache of stolen gold that is being transported by the Russian mafia. As they work together to stop the criminals, they uncover a larger conspiracy that involves corrupt government officials and a plot to destabilize international economies.
