While there, he becomes embroiled in a string of murders that seem to be connected to his book. The killer, who is never shown until the end of the film, begins targeting all the people associated with Neal's work, including his publicist, his agent, and even his ex-girlfriend.

As the body count rises, the police become involved, and Neal himself becomes a suspect. With the help of his assistant, Anne, he begins investigating the murders and trying to find the killer before it's too late.

Tenebre is known for its stylish visuals, particularly its use of vivid colors and inventive camera angles. The film also features a compelling score by progressive rock band Goblin.

Ultimately, Tenebre is a suspenseful and thrilling movie that keeps viewers guessing until the very end.
