Tekken: Blood Vengeance 3D is a full-length animated feature film set in the Tekken game universe. Directed by Youichi Mouri, it was released in 2011 and was the first Tekken movie to be released in 3D.
The film follows the story of high school student and martial artist Xiaoyu Ling, who is recruited by the G Corporation to investigate the mysterious student Shin Kamiya, who has suddenly appeared at an international school in Kyoto. Xiaoyu’s mission is to gather information on Shin for the G Corporation, but before she can make any progress, Shin is kidnapped by an unknown assailant.
Determined to rescue him, Xiaoyu delves deeper into Shin’s background and discovers the dark truth about the Mishima Zaibatsu, a powerful conglomeration run by Jin Kazama’s father, Kazuya Mishima. She learns about the Mishima family’s decades-long feud, their involvement in genetic experiments, and a sinister conspiracy that threatens the world.
Along the way, Xiaoyu teams up with her friend Alisa Bosconovitch, a cyborg created by the G Corporation, and encounters a number of familiar Tekken characters, including Nina Williams, Anna Williams, and Heihachi Mishima. The film features intense martial arts action, stunning 3D animation, and a plot that will keep Tekken fans on the edge of their seats.
