In the movie Teen Titans Go! vs. Teen Titans, the two versions of the Titans are forced to team up in order to save the multiverse from being destroyed by a group of villains. The Titans from the original 2003 series are pulled into the world of the modern-day Titans and they immediately clash due to their vastly different personalities and approaches to superheroing.
When Trigon, the father of Raven, teams up with Hexagon, a villain from the 2003 universe, and Santa Claus (who has been corrupted by the villains), it becomes clear that the two teams will have to put their differences aside and work together if they want to save the multiverse. They also must navigate the time stream as they traverse different universes and timelines.
The two Titans teams each have their strengths, with the 2003 team being more serious and focused, while the modern-day team is more lighthearted and comedic. But when they combine their talents and learn to work together, they become an unstoppable force.
