Action,Comedy  France

Taxi 4 is a French action-comedy film directed by Gérard Krawczyk and written by Luc Besson. It is the fourth installment in the Taxi franchise and was released in 2007.

The movie follows taxi driver Daniel Morales (played by Samy Naceri) and police officer Emilien Coutant-Kerbalec (played by Frédéric Diefenthal) as they try to stop a gang of robbers who plan to steal a large sum of money from a bank. One of the robbers is a notorious Belgian criminal named Gibert (played by Gérard Depardieu).

Gibert, who is wanted in Africa for his crimes, is brought to Marseille to be extradited. However, he manages to escape custody and convinces Emilien that he is a Belgian embassy employee who has been wrongly accused. Emilien then teams up with Gibert to clear the latter's name and bring the real criminal to justice.

As Daniel helps Emilien and Gibert, he also meets and falls in love with Lilly Bertineau (played by Emma Wiklund), a cop who is undercover in the gang of robbers.

Throughout the movie, there are several action scenes involving car chases and stunts, as well as comedic moments involving Emilien's clumsiness and Gibert's criminal expertise.

In the end, Emilien and Daniel are able to catch the real mastermind behind the bank robbery and clear Gibert's name. The movie ends with Daniel and Lilly confessing their love for each other and Gibert being extradited to Africa to face trial.
