Sworn to Justice is a 1996 action-thriller movie directed by Paul Maslak and starring Cynthia Rothrock, Brad Dourif, and Mako. The plot follows a female psychologist named Janna (Rothrock) who witnesses the brutal murder of her sister and nephew by masked attackers. Overwhelmed by grief and rage, Janna decides to take the law into her own hands, donning a black outfit and a mask to become a vigilante on the streets of LA.

During the day, Janna works as a defense witness in court, gathering evidence to help put criminals behind bars. But at night, she sets out on her own, using her martial arts skills and street smarts to track down and eliminate the murderers who took her loved ones away from her. Along the way, she partners up with a veteran cop (Dourif) who is initially suspicious of her actions, but comes to realize that Janna is a force for good in a city plagued by violence and corruption.

As Janna's vigilante crusade gains momentum, she attracts the attention of the mastermind behind her sister's murder, a wealthy businessman (Mako) with powerful connections. Determined to stop Janna before she can expose his dark secrets, he sends his own hired assassins to take her out. But Janna is a tough warrior, and she won't stop until she has avenged her family and brought justice to those who have wronged her. In the end, she faces off against her ultimate enemy in a thrilling showdown that will test her strength, her courage, and her will to survive.
