Survive Style 5+ is a Japanese movie released in 2004, directed by Gen Sekiguchi. The film is a surreal and darkly humorous anthology of five interconnected stories that explore the theme of survival.

The first story follows a man named Kobayashi who tries to kill his wife repeatedly but she keeps coming back to life, forcing him to hire a professional to dispose of her. The second story revolves around a self-obsessed ad agency executive named Aoyama who keeps coming up with crazy and unworkable ad campaign ideas and eventually goes on a vision quest to regain his creativity.

The third story features a British hitman named Ziminsky who only wants to know everyone's "function" in life before he kills them. The fourth story follows a mild-mannered office worker named Taniguchi who gets his brain scrambled by a murderous stage hypnotist named Loverholic Robotronic.

The fifth and final story revolves around a group of fashion models who are kidnapped and brainwashed by a strange cult. The genre-bending film combines comedy, horror, and sci-fi elements with various themes such as love, death, and the human psyche. The movie features an eclectic cast of Japanese and international actors, including Tadanobu Asano, Vinnie Jones, and Kyoko Koizumi.
