Survival Box follows a group of teens who are participating in a high school game of "Survival," which involves spending the weekend in the wilderness with limited supplies. However, when a severe storm hits and they seek shelter in a seemingly deserted bunker in a wealthy family's backyard, they quickly realize they are trapped and cannot get out.
As they try to figure out how to escape, tensions rise and secrets are revealed, including the fact that the bunker was built by the wealthy family as a doomsday shelter. As they struggle to survive with limited resources and dealing with their own personal struggles, they begin to doubt whether they will ever make it out alive.
Meanwhile, the wealthy family who owns the bunker frantically tries to figure out what has happened to their shelter and the teens that are trapped inside. With limited communication and no one knowing they are there, the survival game becomes a fight for survival against their own fears and the harsh reality of being trapped underground.
