Superman/Batman: Public Enemies is an animated film based on the DC Comics story arc "Public Enemies" by Jeph Loeb and Ed McGuinness. The film is directed by Sam Liu and features a voice cast including Tim Daly as Superman, Kevin Conroy as Batman, and Clancy Brown as Lex Luthor.

In the movie, President Lex Luthor frames Superman for the destruction of a metropolis through the use of a Kryptonite meteor. He also puts out a $1 billion bounty on the heads of the Man of Steel and his 'partner in crime' Batman. The film shows how heroes and villains from the DC Universe team up or go solo to bring down the two most powerful superheroes in the world.

To stave off the onslaught, Superman and Batman recruit help from other heroes such as Captain Marvel, Black Lightning, and Power Girl. They also get assistance from Supergirl and Wonder Woman, who bring a feminine touch to the plot. As the chase between the good guys and the bad guys heats up, both Superman and Batman are put to the test as they try to save the world from destruction.

Meanwhile, Superman and Batman have to deal with their own internal conflicts. Batman's distrust of Superman's alien origins comes to the fore, while Superman struggles with his conscience over possibly compromising his principles. What follows is a non-stop action extravaganza featuring classic comic book battles and epic superhero confrontations.

Ultimately, the two heroes must work together and put their lives on the line to avert a massive disaster. Can they stop the meteor, clear their names, and survive the bounty hunters? Watch the movie to find out!
