Super Over is a Telugu-language thriller film that revolves around the lives of three close friends named Kaasi, Madhu, and Vasu, who are passionate about cricket and betting. They earn a lot of money through their betting activities, and luck always seems to be on their side. However, things take a drastic turn when they end up in a mess with a gangster named Naidu.
Naidu is also involved in cricket betting, and he feels threatened by the increasing success of Kaasi and his friends. He demands a huge sum of money from them, which they cannot afford to pay. As a result, they get into a violent altercation with Naidu and his henchmen, which leads to a deadly chase through the streets of Hyderabad.
The three friends are forced to become fugitives and go into hiding. During their run, they come across several unpredictable situations and unforeseen events, which put their lives in danger at every step. They also receive help from unexpected sources, which rejuvenates their hope and determination to survive.
