In the movie Super Monsters: Vida's First Halloween, the Super Monsters are excited to share their Halloween traditions with their new friend, Vida. Vida is a new monster at Pitchfork Pines Preschool and she is not familiar with Halloween. The Super Monsters are ready to introduce her to the fun and spooky traditions of Halloween.

They start by showing Vida how to make jack-o'-lanterns and tell her ghost stories. Then, they go trick-or-treating together and show her how to properly say "Trick or Treat!" Vida is enjoying herself but keeps wondering what will happen to the decorations and candy after Halloween.

That's when the Super Monsters tell her about Día de los Muertos or the Day of the Dead, a Mexican holiday that celebrates the lives of loved ones who have passed away. They invite her to a Día de los Muertos party in the Howlers' backyard and teach her about the special altar they set up to remember their loved ones.

Vida falls in love with the holiday and decides to create an altar of her own for her deceased family members. The Super Monsters are glad to have introduced Vida to new traditions and to have made another friend.

The movie is a heartwarming and educational tale about the importance of traditions, friendship, and celebrating life.
