Suicide Club is a Japanese horror-thriller film directed by Sion Sono and released in 2001. The film opens with a scene where 54 high school girls hold hands and jump in front of a train in Tokyo. As Detective Kuroda investigates the case, he discovers that there have been a series of suicides across the country. Meanwhile, a mysterious white bag is found at the site of each suicide, containing a roll of human skin with the message "Begin Again" written on it.

Kuroda tracks down a popular teenage girl group called Desert, whose music videos contain hidden messages about suicide. The group's lead singer, Genesis, claims that they are not responsible for the suicides and that the messages are just artistic expression. However, more suicides occur and Kuroda discovers that there is a website called the Suicide Club that encourages people to kill themselves as a form of rebellion against society.

As Kuroda delves deeper into the identity of the Suicide Club, he realizes that the group is more widespread and dangerous than he initially thought. He teams up with a hacker named Mitsuko and together they race against time to stop the group from carrying out their ultimate plan.

The film explores themes of social isolation, conformity, and the alienation of Japanese youth in contemporary society. It also features graphic violence and disturbing imagery, including scenes of mass suicide and self-mutilation. The film has gained a cult following for its unique storytelling and provocative ideas, and has been hailed as a cult classic of Japanese horror cinema.
