Sugar Hill is a 1994 crime thriller film directed by Leon Ichaso. The movie revolves around a young man named Roemello Skuggs, who leads a double life as a successful drug dealer in Harlem. He is partnered with his brother Raynathan, who is more ruthless and violent in his dealings.
