Stripperland is a horror-comedy film released in 2011 directed by Sean Skelding. It is a parody of the classic George A. Romero's zombie film "Land of the Dead", but with an addition of a post-apocalyptic setting with zombies being former strippers. The film follows the story of a group of survivors who are trying to reach the West Coast for safety but are being attacked by hordes of stripper zombies along the way. The survivors, led by a former fighter pilot, Cowboy (Ben Sheppard) and his love interest, Kat (Maren McGuire), try to navigate their way through the perilous journey while facing challenges including hoards of undead exotic dancers.
As they travel, they encounter other survivors, including a cowardly trucker named Mickey (Jamison Challeen), and a scientist-turned-survivalist, Franchesca (Ileane Herrin). Together, they face off against a variety of enemies, including the ex-strippers themselves, as well as other survivors who are willing to do whatever it takes to survive.
Stripperland is filled with humor, gore, and gratuitous nudity, making it a perfect choice for fans of raunchy horror-comedy films. The film also features cameos by well-known names such as Gilbert Gottfried and Daniel Baldwin. Overall, Stripperland is a fun, tongue-in-cheek parody of classic zombie movies, with plenty of wild, gory, and absurd situations to keep viewers entertained.
