In the movie, Stereo, Erik is played by Jürgen Vogel, and he is the protagonist of the story. He owns a motorcycle workshop in a small town and lives with his girlfriend, Julia (Petra Schmidt-Schaller), and her daughter Linda (Helena Schönfelder). His life seems to be going well until a mysterious figure named Henry (Moritz Bleibtreu), begins to follow him around.
Erik tries to ignore Henry, but he becomes more and more persistent, to the point where he begins to infiltrate Erik’s life. Erik becomes increasingly paranoid and tries to find out more about Henry and why he is following him.
Meanwhile, a violent gangster named Keitel (Georg Friedrich) enters the picture and threatens Erik, Julia, and Linda. Erik realizes that he must confront his stalker, Henry, if he wants to protect his family from Keitel and his gang.
The film is directed by Maximilian Erlenwein and was released in 2014. It is a psychological thriller that keeps the audience on the edge of their seats as Erik’s seemingly perfect life comes crashing down around him.
