Step Up 3D is a 2010 American dance film directed by Jon M. Chu and starring Rick Malambri, Adam G. Sevani and Sharni Vinson. The third installment in the Step Up film series follows Moose, an NYU freshman who teams up with a group of street dancers named The Pirates in order to compete in an underground dance competition known as "The Streets."

Moose becomes enamored with The Pirates and their low-budget, underground dance studio known as "The Vault." As he becomes more involved with the group, he discovers that The Pirates are facing eviction due to unpaid rent. In order to save their studio, The Pirates decide to participate in The Streets, a dance competition that offers a cash prize of $100,000.

As The Pirates prepare for The Streets, they are pitted against some of the world's best hip hop dancers and must find a way to stand out in order to win the competition. Along the way, Moose becomes romantically involved with The Pirates' leader, Natalie, and is torn between his loyalty to her and his growing affection for his NYU friend, Camille.

Step Up 3D features an array of high-energy dance sequences and vibrant 3D visuals. The film received mixed reviews from critics but was a commercial success, grossing over $159 million worldwide. It is widely regarded as one of the best installments in the Step Up franchise and has a dedicated fan base among dance enthusiasts.
