Tony Valdez is a talented skateboarder who dreams of becoming a professional. However, his world is turned upside down when his parents, who were scientists working on a top-secret project, are murdered by a group of mercenaries who are after their technology. In the attack, Tony's legs are crippled, leaving him unable to skate.
Determined to avenge his parents' deaths, Tony is given the opportunity to use their cutting-edge technology to become a superhero known as the Condor. With his new abilities and his trusty skateboard, Tony embarks on a mission to take down the mercenaries responsible for his parents' deaths and put an end to their evil plans.
As the Condor, Tony must balance his newfound powers with the challenges of being a teenager, navigating friendships, and first love. With the help of his friends and allies, Tony must overcome the obstacles in his path to achieve justice for his family and become the hero he always dreamed of being.
