Stalked By My Patient is a thriller movie that revolves around Dr. Hillary Spenser (Blythe Metz), a compassionate and caring doctor who goes above and beyond to help her patients. However, her empathy leads to obsession when one of her patients, James (Rib Hillis), mistakes her kindness for affection and develops an unhealthy attachment to her.
Initially, Dr. Spenser is unaware of James' growing obsession, but as he begins to stalk her, she realizes the extent of his dangerous behavior. James goes to great lengths to keep Dr. Spenser in his life. He vandalizes her property, sends her gifts, follows her, and even goes as far as to kill in his desperate attempt to win her affections.
As Dr. Spenser becomes more and more scared for her safety, she seeks help from the police. However, they are initially dismissive of her fears, leading her to take matters into her own hands. The tension builds as James' actions become increasingly violent and erratic, and Dr. Spenser must fight for her life and sanity.
