Spinning Out of Control is a psychological thriller film that follows the story of Natalie, a woman who becomes infatuated with her fitness instructor, Samantha. Natalie is convinced that Samantha is the one for her and begins to obsess over her to the point where she hatches a plan to eliminate anyone who stands in her way.
Natalie's plan begins with the people closest to Samantha, including her best friend and fellow fitness instructor, as well as her boyfriend. As she eliminates each person, Natalie becomes increasingly unhinged, and Samantha begins to realize that she may be in danger.
As the bodies pile up, Samantha realizes that her stalker is someone she knows and trusts, and she must find a way to protect herself before it's too late. In a tense final act, Natalie's true nature is revealed, and Samantha must fight for her life to escape the clutches of this obsessed and dangerous woman.
