Spies in Disguise is a 2019 American computer-animated spy comedy film produced by Blue Sky Studios. The film follows the story of a suave and accomplished superspy named Lance Sterling, voiced by Will Smith, who, after being framed for a crime he didn't commit, is transformed into a pigeon by a young inventor, Walter Beckett, voiced by Tom Holland.
As a pigeon, Lance initially struggles to adapt to his new form, but with the help of Walter, who becomes his tech officer, the two must work together to stop a villainous cybernetically-enhanced terrorist from destroying the world. Along the way, Lance and Walter must navigate through various dangerous situations, including high-speed chases, aerial dogfights, and other intense action sequences, all while trying to come up with a plan to save the world.
The film is a hilarious and heartwarming story about the power of friendship, teamwork, and the ability to overcome even the most unexpected obstacles. In addition to the talented voice cast, which also includes Rashida Jones and Ben Mendelsohn, Spies in Disguise features stunning animation and a catchy soundtrack.
